Including contributions from such household names as James Martin, Tom Kerridge and Cyrus Todiwala, this cookbook spans 100 years, 100 countries and 100 recipes in celebration of the RAF’s centenary. A donation from all sales will be made to the RAF100 Appeal supporting the RAF Association, Charitable Trust, Benevolent Fund and Museum, and the Royal Air Force.

To celebrate the centenary of the Royal Air Force, some of the world’s top chefs have teamed up with serving RAF personnel to create this truly unique cookbook.

Researched, cooked, photographed and written by acting or former servicemen and servicewomen, the book tours 100 of the territories that the RAF has held a presence in since 1918, telling the amazing stories of its involvement in each region and providing a delicious, authentic local recipe that you’ll want to try at home.

This combination of incredible dishes and amazing tales will keep you reading before and after dinner. And contributions from such household names as James Martin, Tom Kerridge and Cyrus Todiwala add a dash of celebrity spice to the book.
